About me:

Hi, I'm Naila! I'm a 20-year-old Computer Science student who loves creating a safe and fun environment for children. I'm all about learning, adapting, and bringing a mix of creativity and care to my childcare style. When I'm not babysitting, you'll find me drawing, painting, or out on the netball court. I’m also a big foodie and love exploring new cuisines with friends!

My Childcare experience:

I have 18 months of childcare experience, including working closely with newborns and primary school-aged children. My role involved school runs, homework assistance and nappy changes. Additionally, I have SEN experience from caring for my nonverbal autistic sister, which has given me valuable insights and skills in supporting children with special needs. I have also worked for Hello Mums, a nursery agency, where I gained extensive experience in new-born care, such as feeding and focusing on sensory needs.

What do you enjoy most about working with children?

I find great joy in building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, creating a supportive and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities, making the work dynamic and fulfilling. I enjoy witnessing and contributing to their growth and development.
